The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 676 Hillside Court, Medinah was sold on Feb. 8 by Becwar (trust) for $375,000. The buyer was Berkum (trust).

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,446.44, 1.72% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $210,000 on July 31, 2009.

So far in February 2022, two properties sold in Medinah.
