Addison home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Addison fell by $6,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 – a 2.7% decrease over the $229,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Addison in June 2016.
