The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,157.56, 2.33% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Aurora in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ziyu Luo has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4121 Bethlehem Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Yue Chen, 48, and Ziyu Luo, 51.
