3100 Shelley Court, Woodridge acquired by Zhi Loei Zhang and Juanyun Ge

On Sept. 8, Zhi Loei Zhang and Juanyun Ge purchased a home at 3100 Shelley Court, Woodridge from Joseph M. Lison (trust) for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,683.42, 2.65% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 10 properties sold in Woodridge.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were six registered voters residing at 3100 Shelley Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amir Dean Chaaban, 36, Lisa Marie Chaaban, 37, Rawaa Najib Yousif, 49, Michael Samir Yousif, 51, Paul James Clor, 41, and Krista Lynn Lang, 32.
