Villa Park taxpayers ranked 90th in total sales taxes paid per municipality in August, according to Illinois tax records.

In total, Villa Park residents paid $939,822 in sales taxes during August.

Villa Park ranked 94th in the Prairie State the month before, with $962,673 spent in sales taxes.

The Municipal Sales Tax accounted for the largest share of sales taxes paid by Villa Park residents in August.
