Downers Grove Park District issued the following announcement on Feb. 18.
Sealed bids plainly marked "Recreation & Fitness Center Parking Lot Improvements" and addressed "Secretary, Board of Park Commissioners" shall be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the Administrative Offices of the Downers Grove Park District, 2455 Warrenville Road, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Park District Administrative Office beginning Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Digital copies are available at no charge by calling (630) 960-5451. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Recreation& Fitness Center, 4500 Belmont Road, Downers Grove, Illinois. The Downers Grove Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
