Meeting called to order at 1900 hours at DuPage County Complex by Barbour with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor followed by a moment of silence for those departed and those who might be in harm's way.
Roll Call:
Mike Barbour, Don Sender, Stanley Herzog, Del Miller, Rich Wagner, Sid Bergh, Jay Donovan, John Schmitt, and Bruce Mayor. A quorum was present

President's Opening Remarks: We’ve been doing a lot of gardening and I’m tired of it.

After discussion, it was moved by Miller and seconded by Donovan that the Treasurer's report be accepted subject to audit. M/C.

Minutes were read. It was moved by Bergh and seconded by Wagner to approve the minutes as read. M/C.

Motion was made by Miller and seconded by Donovan to accept Superintendent's report. M/C.
