City of Oakbrook Terrace City Council and Committee of the Whole met March 13.

I. Call To Order
The Mayor called the March 13, 2018, Regular and Committee of the Whole Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 P.M.
Ii. Roll Call
Roll call indicated the following Aldermen were in attendance:
Present: Esposito, Greco, Przychodni, Swartz, Thomas, Vlach, and Mayor Ragucci
Absent: None
Also in attendance were City Clerk M. Shadley and Assistant to the Mayor and
Administrator M. Sarallo.
Iii. Pledge Of Allegiance
The Mayor led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

V. Approval Of Minutes – Changes Or Corrections
1. Regular Meeting Minutes Of February 27, 2018
Motion to approve the minutes of the February 27, 2018 Regular City Council and Committee of the Whole as presented was made by Alderman Przychodni and seconded by Alderman Esposito.

Motion passed.

Vii. Action Items/Consent Agenda
1. Payment of City Bills: March 13, 2018 In The Amount Of $80,327.09.
2. Approval For The Extension of the PUD to March 14, 2019, and Special Use to September 14, 2019, for La Quinta Properties, LLC.
3. Ordinance No. 18-17: An Ordinance Approving The Official Zoning Map Of The City Of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, Dated March 2018.
Motion to approve all the items contained on the Consent Agenda for March 13, 2018 as presented was made by Alderman Vlach and seconded by Alderman Thomas.
