Public Comment is designed to provide the Members of the Public an opportunity to address the Board
of Election Commissioners. Time is set aside in the Meeting for Public Comment. All comments from the
Public must be presented at the time designated on the Agenda for Public Comment. All comments shall
be directed to the Chair. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes, unless additional time is requested
and approved, in the discretion of the Chair. The Board will consider comments made during Public
Comment. It is, however, within the discretion of the Chair as to whether, and how, to address any
comments or inquiries made.

a. Requisition E-1527: recommended approval of contract renewal to Bond Dickson
and Associates P.C. to renew the Agreement for Legal representation based on an
hourly rate of $195.00 with caps on fees for the term of the contract for $135,000.00,
excluding litigation, with the exception of any litigation emanating from Electoral Board
decisions, including approved costs, effective March 1, 2018 through February 28,
2019. This is the fifth and final renewal.

b. Requisition E-1529: recommended approval of a purchase order to: MESIROW
for liability insurance for Private Polling locations for the March 20, 2018 General
Primary and the November 6, 2018 General Election and for private Early Voting
locations for the March 20, 2018 General Primary. This vendor was the lowest quote.
