Unpaid fines for Roselle-based campaign committee totaled $450 in January 2017

One campaign committee in Roselle has overdue fines amounting to a total of $450, records obtained by the Dupage Policy Journal show.

A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends for Mayor Gayle was the only campaign committee in Roselle that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

The largest fine that Friends for Mayor Gayle has yet to pay was imposed on June 8, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $250.
