Recommended Motion: I move to approve Warrant #1 for the Month of June, 2017 in the

amount of $2,262,716.95, as presented.

2. Fiscal Year 2017/18 Appropriations Ordinance

Recommended Motion: I move approve Ordinance No. 2017- : An Ordinance

Making Appropriations for Corporate Purposes for the Fiscal Year

May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, and to waive the reading thereof and second

consideration.

3. Purchase Approval in Excess of $20,000 – Remodeling (PD)

Recommended Motion: I move to authorize the Purchase Approval and Invoice to Driessen

Construction in the amount of $34,100.00 for the purpose of renovating the 1st floor of the

Police Department building.

4. Treasurer’s Report – Fourth Quarter Period

Recommended Motion: I move to accept the Treasurer’s Report for the Fourth Quarter

Period from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017 as presented.

The Chair will entertain a motion to adjourn the Village Board sine die. (pronounced sīn-ã- dī-ē)
