Friends of Glenda Franklin owes $675 in fines

The campaign committee Friends of Glenda Franklin owes a $275 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $400 with Glenda Franklin listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
