Citizens to Elect Tara Stamps owes $12,442 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens to Elect Tara Stamps owes a $1,217 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $11,225 with Tara Stamps listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
