Ice-skating classes for Carol Stream youth will begin Oct. 20 at Center Ice of DuPage, 1N450 Highland Ave., in Glen Ellyn.
The Tots class has four sessions for children ages 3-4. The class will teach orientation, balance and agility, according to the Carol Stream Park District's online activities catalog. The first session is from 4:30-5 p.m. Thursdays from Oct. 20-Dec. 15. Other sessions are 9:10-9:40 a.m. and 11:20-11:50 a.m. Saturdays Oct. 22-Dec. 17 and 9:40-10:10 a.m. Wednesdays from Oct. 26-Dec. 14.
Cost is $120 for residents and $140 for nonresidents.
The Hockey Tots classes will have three sessions: 4:30-5 p.m. Thursdays from Oct. 20-Dec. 15, 8:10-8:40 a.m. Saturdays from Oct. 22-Dec. 17, and 9:40-10:10 a.m. Wednesdays from Oct. 26-Dec. 14. Hockey skates and helmets are required.
Cost is $120 per resident and $140 per nonresident.
