Warrenville, Illinois City Council will meet at 7 p.m. today, May 2, to review several land annexations and the Southwest District Plan.
The council is set to vote to authorize the Plan Commission to conduct a formal public hearing to consider the adoption of the final version of the proposed Southwest District Plan as an amendment to the Warrenville Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
In other land-use matters, the council will consider and vote on several land annexation ordinances, including annexing parcels at Illinois Route 59 and Butterfield Road and another at 29W660 Prairie Ave. The council will also vote to rezone the Prairie Avenue property from R-1 (Low Density Single Family Residential District) to O-1 (Limited Office District).
