Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants, an upscale contemporary restaurant chain based in Illinois, will open a new location in St. Charles.
The new restaurant, which will feature a winery and a Napa-style tasting room, will be located in an outparcel within the Quad St. Charles next to the west entrance drive of Illinois Route 64 (Main Street).
Construction on the company's 28th location is scheduled to begin this summer, with an anticipated opening in summer 2017.
