The Lombard Plan Commission will consider several city-code deviations on signs and fences during its regular scheduled meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Village Hall Board Room, 255 East Wilson Ave.

Some of the deviation requests are tied to a planned development
at 130 E. St. Charles Road, in which planners are seeking a conditional-use permit to put up construction-zone fences that are taller than what is allowed under city ordinances.

In another request, the owners of 333-377 E. Butterfield Road are seeking conditional-use permits to erect signs that are larger than what is allowed under city ordinances.
