The Oak Brook Plan Commission will discuss several issues tied to the Clearwater mixed-use development at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Butler Government Center's Samuel E. Dean Board Room.
Under a special-use provision, York Road Associates LLC is seeking approval of a resubdivision request for the six-lot Clearwater Development at 2100 and 2122 York Road in the O4 Zoning District.
