Roselle Board of Trustees considers liquor-license, leasing issues

Roselle

The Village of Roselle held its regular Village Board of Trustees meeting on Monday night.

After a public question and comment session, the agenda included staff reports and updates from the mayor, trustees, village clerk, village administrator, village attorney and chamber of commerce liaison.

Trustees also discussed a list of items on the consent agenda, including a proposed ordinance to change the village code to limit the number of licenses to sell alcohol in the village, as well as a resolution to allow the village administrator to execute an employee leasing agreement.

Prior to adjournment, trustees also addressed regular business items concerning community development, administration, fire, police and finance issues.
