The City of St. Charles Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday in the Council Chambers, 2 E. Main St.
Following roll call and approval of October minutes, the meeting’s agenda will focus on a variance application regarding property on Shenandoah Lane. During the meeting, officials also will hear any additional business from members of the board and staff, then take public comments.
St. Charles was named the No. 1 City for Families by Family Circle magazine in 2011, one of the "150 Great Places in Illinois" by American Institute of Architects Illinois and one of the "Top 10 Towns To Live In" by West Suburban Living Magazine.
