The Downers Grove Village Plan Commission will meet in the Village Council Chambers today at 7 p.m.
The meeting will focus on property owner Charles Sebaski's petition to re-zone land on the east side of Middaugh Avenue from R-1, Residential Detached House 1, to R-3, Residential Detached House 3, for development purposes.
