The Village of Roselle will sell 2016 commuter parking-lot permits at Village Hall beginning on Tuesday by cash or check during normal business hours and online by credit card.
Permit parking is available at the Roselle Metra Station in the North Permit Lot (located just off of Irving Park Road, south of Lawrence Avenue, on Rose Drive East), the South Permit Lot (located just off of Irving Park Road, on the south side of the train station) and the two center aisles of the Maple Avenue Lot (just south and west of McDonald's on Irving Park Road).
Permit fees for both the North and South Lots are $30 monthly, $75 quarterly and $285 annually. Permit fees for the Maple Avenue Lot are $20 monthly, $50 quarterly and $160 annually. All prices are subject to change pending approval by the Village Board on Monday. The sale of permits for the Maple Avenue lot are limited to Roselle residents only.
